Meet the Teachers


Jessica Libbee – Teaching Vice Principal

Ms.Libbee received her BS in Animal Science from Fresno State and then decided to pursue education and received a BA in History from Chico State along with her teaching credential.  She has been teaching at OV for six years and has recently obtained her MS in Education Administration with her Administrative Credential.  She is currently the Teaching Vice Principal and Academic Counselor. She enjoys competing and showing horses and spending time with her dogs in her free time.


Jim Savage 

Over the past 12 years at OVHS I have taught biology, AP Biology, chemistry, physical science, physics, fine arts, pottery, pre-algebra, Algebra 1, driver’s ed, health, and horticulture. I have also been a teaching partner with SVS Spanish through Kansas State University. In my free time I like to hike, climb, and ski. Most summers I have been able to travel internationally, usually to Latin America to surf and practice Spanish.


Bryan Mack

Bryan Mack was born in 1986 and moved to the Owens Valley in 1998.  He received a degree in History from UCLA in 2008 and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2012.  He loves living in the valley, playing and listening to music, and working with his students.
